The holiday season is upon us and with it brings opportunities to create memories we will cherish for years to come.

 I’d like to take a moment to acknowledge the men and women who have worked tirelessly over the course of the last year to provide the best services to our wonderful community.

I’d also like to thank many members of our community.  A very special thanks to all of the men and women who have supported law enforcement across the country during a time when it may not be socially acceptable to do so.  Thank you all!

In the coming days, many of us will be spending time with our loved ones for the holidays. I challenge everyone to help keep our roadways safe for those traveling through our county. Please, buckle up and don’t drink and drive. Deputies will be covering many of our more frequently traveled roads to ensure safe travels for all motorists, but should you encounter an unsafe driver, report it.
